Catherine specializes in Leadership, working primarily in the arenas of Entrepreneurship and Executive Coaching.

At heart, she is a Queer Coach, passionate about contributing to the spirit and celebration of “well relationship” in our unique and spirited community. She brings a positively queer and an authentic questioning perspective to the art and science of Leadership (as well as to realities / possibilities of LGBTQ Executives and Entrepreneurs).

Her philosophy: Life is a succulent adventure! Laughter, unconditional positive regard, and belief that the best ROI (return on investment) comes from discovering and working through blind spots are three hallmarks of her practice.

Catherine is married to Nicole, and their dynamic as a couple is empowering and contagious. They were married (and are proud of Canada!) in 2005 on a beach in Vancouver – additionally 2011 marks the 17th year of their committed relationship.

Catherine enjoys walking the oceanfront near her home, kayaking on still water looking for colourful ocean-life, cycling, and spending time with family and friends. Catherine’s greatest joy in life? “Being in coaching conversations with people who are committed to fulfilling their dreams – their biggest dreams.”

A practicing coach since 2000, Catherine founded her own Coaching Practice in 2006, and incorporated in 2008. Believing in the importance of Professional association, she became a Certified Executive Coach (Graduate Program, Royal Roads University, Victoria BC), and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation conferred by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
