I am a residential Realtor on the island of O'ahu, since 1987. I serve the GLBT community and am an active and consistent supporter of all the local gay and gay friendly charities and organisations.  I was voted Honolulu Gay Businessman of the Year in 2006.

I am a Realtor/Broker, a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute , a member of the Real Estate Buyers Council, a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, the Hawai'i Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals and the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.

I am an Independent Realtor. I do not belong to any of the national commercial franchises. My duty and loyalty are solely to you, the client. I represent Buyers and Sellers, offering a full and experienced range of services. 

For Buyers, I research properties available, advise the client on prices, rights and responsibilities. I negotiate price and conditions, write the offers and counter offers, supervise the closing and follow up on all post sale matters. I remain available, after the sale, to advise and assist the client as long as they own the property. For Sellers, I advise on market conditons, recommend a listing price , show and advertise the property, receive written offers for presentation to the Seller, write any counter offers while giving advice to the Seller . I advise the client on their legal and contractual responsibilities.

I am both the advocate for, and the adviser to, the client, whether Buyer or Seller, and I do not represent both parties at the same time. I can only have a duty to one party at a time. My aim is to honestly and intelligently advise and represent the client and to end up with a satisfying sale or purchase and a happy and long term client.
