Chef and Owner Karl J. Zoisl has served the South Florida communities with his culinary art for the last 28 years and celebrates the20thanniversary of Karl's Catering this year.

In 1983 Karl Zoisl, a first generation American, left Salzburg, Austria where he catered to local and international celebrities from the movie and acting and sports industries at his parent's country side Inn-Restaurant.

Karl provided extensive services as a private chef orchestrating grand events locally in the Miami Beach area and abroad. He had the honor to serve guests such as; Mikhail Barishnikov, Isaac Perlman, Marlee Matleen, Ben Vereen, Paloma Picasso,Elizabeth Taylor, The Bee Gee's and Sylvester Stalone, to name just a few.

In 1992 Karl Zoisl founded his own company known as "Karl's Catering" affording his talents and renowned service capabilities to the open market. Karl's Catering has become one of South Florida’s leading culinary companies.
