Twenty years of professional experience working with individuals and couples have taught me that we grow and make effective changes when we understand what's happening, appreciate our experiences, develop a plan to improve things and follow through. I enjoy helping people enrich and repair their relationships, change long-standing patterns, develop self-acceptance and personal effectiveness, resolving difficult situations, and enjoy emotional closeness and satisfying physical intimacy.

I'm a licensed psychologist and a Diplomat from the American Board of Professional Psychology. My specialties include couples, relationships, affairs, divorce, sexuality, chronic illness, health related changes, loss, depression and orientation/gender concerns. Change can begin in many ways so I work from a collaborative, engaged and integrative perspective.

As we understand your situation, we'll give it new meaning. You'll develop new ways to think and feel. I'll offer alternative perspectives and we'll work together to develop a plan and new ways to approach your situation. We'll prepare ways to overcome obstacles so you get results.

My office is located in the Monadnock Region, in the southwest corner of NH midway between Keene, NH and Brattleboro, VT 1 mile off Rt 9.
