Lily Bloom's Kitchen was started in 2009 in memory of my Mother, Lily Bloom Shiller, who passed away at age 98 in 2009. I have such wonderful memories of my mom's kitchen with the wonderful foods she would make while I sat at the counter doing my home work. Mom was always known for her chocolate desserts. There were so many wonderful things she cooked for our family. However, my favorite was her chocolate macaroons. She passed on the recipe to me many years ago when I moved away from home. Over the years, I have played with, revised, nurtured, enhanced and tested new variations of her luscious macaroons. So, today Lily Bloom's Kitchen is please to offer her special chocolate macaroons in a variety of flavors. I'm sure you'll love them as much as her family and friends have for years.
