Is there a better and cooler place to eat Japanese in Brighton? We don't think so, and neither do Moshi Moshi's ever-growing fan base. The sushi is fantastic, the service great, and they've won a brace of awards for their work in fish conservation. The restaurant was also behind a massive gala for the local Allsorts LGBT charity that raised more money in a single evening than any event in Brighton for the last ten years.
