Nathan Gorham is a criminal lawyer in Toronto, and a partner at R.O.R.R.G.A LLP, the largest criminal defence firm in Toronto. He practices exclusively in criminal trial and appeal defence, and has appeared at all levels of criminal court including the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He defends all types of criminal cases ranging from Murder, Impaired/Over 0.08, Domestic Assaults, Theft, Robbery, Guns and Weapons, Controlled Drugs and Substances and others.

The focus of his studies in law school was on criminal law and he graduated at the top of his criminal law class with several academic awards including the Bayne, Sellar, Boxall Award for best overall performance in criminal law.

After graduation he articled and then continued on as an associate at Pinkofskys, which was the largest criminal law firm in Toronto at the time. He was made a partner in 2005 and remained with the firm until June 2010 when he and several of his partners formed R.O.R.R.G.A LLP.
