Had Passion clean some Persian and tribal rugs of mine, and the cleaning was beautiful. They removed all the wine stains, and the fibers are softer than ever. It was cleaner than when I purchased it 10 years ago. They never made me feel uncomfortable to work with and was respectful of Bob and I.
