Surrratt Law Practice is a Family Law and Estate Planning firm in Reno, Nevada.

Our attorneys are well versed in assisted reproductive technology law and all of the aspects of family formation, including surrogacy, embryo donation, egg donation and sperm donation.

The principal of the firm, Kimberly Surratt, is a fellow with the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys, a member of the National LGBT Bar Association and a counsel member of the National Family Law Counsel with the National Center for Lesbian Rights. Ms. Surratt successfully lobbied for the passage of the Domestic Partnership bill in Nevada that went into effect October 2009. Ms. Surratt has been asked to give presentations on the bill multiple times and twice she has been asked to speak at the Family Law Institute that it put on by the National LGBT Bar Association and the National Center for Lesbian Rights.

There are three attorneys total at Surratt Law Practice. Along with Ms. Surratt, there is Melissa Exline and Rayna Brachman. All attorneys in the firm practice family law and Ms. Exline and Ms. Surratt also practice estate planning.
