She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers.

Pat had been a RE/MAX Associate for over 13 years in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia before relocating to Los Angeles to live with her partner. She grew up in New Jersey, in the Delaware Valley outside of Philadelphia. A graduate of Rutgers University, she moved to VA in 1988 and L.A. this year.
