The Victoria Inn is a graceful, century-old, lakefront Inn offering accommodation and dining in the finest tradition overlooking the calming waters of Rice Lake. The view, (even during the winter or on a rainy day) is stupendous. Excellent country cooking, featuring local produce, meat, fish, cheeses and wines, friendly surroundings, - just 90 minutes east of Toronto.

Built in 1902, the original shingles type, arts and crafts and art nouveau architecture have been preserved. Some rooms have lake views and others have fireplaces and whirlpools. There are cozy common areas for guests to lounge and enjoy the peacefulness, or warm up to an inviting winter fire. There is an outdoor pool and patio.

Activities include: swimming, fishing, boating, bike trails, hiking trails, winter skiing, ice fishing, golf, harness racing, casino and horseback riding nearby. There is also antique shopping, artisan tours, fine theatre and concerts.
