Based out of a beautiful warehouse conversion on Queen Street West, Laurin and Natalie have the downtown location to serve their clients. Century 21 Regal Realty is located in the old MacMillan Storage Company Moving and Storage building, built in 1892.

A spirited and industrious husband and wife team in their 30's, they have experience selling everything from extravagant properties to starter condominiums, they focus primarily on sales of luxury condos and funky lofts in Toronto. Their clientele includes professionals, investors, singles, families and out-of-town buyers and sellers.

Natalie has been actively involved in the real estate industry since 1998. Starting as an office administrator and progressing to an assistant's role, she soon became enamoured with the real estate industry. It is this experience that makes Natalie sensitive to the needs and wants of her clients. Having seen other agents in action, witnessing what works and what does not, she has a thorough grasp of her clients' true nature.

Laurin comes from a more complicated background: a journalism diploma led to working in the internet division of some of the country's largest newspapers and the development of an entirely new set of skills. Rising from web and print design to marketing manager, he steered a startup search engine to a top 20 ranking. Continuing this role with other companies, he stayed in the internet world until he decided to switch to the brick and mortar world, literally, where he joined his wife as the Jeffrey Team.

He has excelled in real estate, winning multiple achievement awards and most recently a Masters Ruby Award for 2010. He has been interviewed by the Toronto Star, Toronto Sun, Globe & Mail and National Post - as well as live on CBC Radio. In addition, he has written about Toronto real estate for Condo Business Magazine as well as YYZ Lifestyle Magazine. His input has also been sought for academic papers, both in Canada and overseas.
