Are you struggling with anger, depression, or anxiety?

Feeling lonely and unfulfilled?

Think you need couples therapy?

Unhappy in your career?

Suffering from an addiction?

Confused about your sexuality?

These are just some of the issues I’ve helped people through in my work as a psychotherapist. You too can get out of depression or anxiety and learn to live from a place of feeling safe, hopeful, and assertive. You can have the loving relationships you need and deserve. You can find the right, prosperous career. With professional help you can recover from an addiction. In psychotherapy we will work together to reach the goals you have for your life.

We all need help. You don’t have to be alone in your problems. In fact, many problems can seem insurmountable if we are alone in them. My practice is geared toward breaking through the blocks that are preventing you from achieving the goals you want — and living the life you deserve.

As a psychotherapist I’m trained to help you heal unconscious beliefs and behaviors that keep you stuck in negative life patterns.

Some of my specialties are: depression, anxiety, rage, relationship issues (codependence, isolation, love addiction, etc.), Imago Couples Therapy, addictions, adolescents, group therapy, entertainment professionals, and LGBT issues.

Different people respond to different methods of healing. For that reason I am trained in a number of different healing modalities such as:

  • Humanistic Psychology— providing you with a safe, unconditionally accepting experience to remove any toxic shame you may be carrying from the past.
  • Positive Psychology—to focus on your particular strengths you already carry that may be underdeveloped or underutilized. Once specific Positive Psychology tools are used to leverage these strengths, change is more likely.
  • Self-Compassion, Mindfulness, and Inner Child Work to learn how to relate to yourself in a loving, present time, productive manner.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Work will be utilized if you need to move out of stagnation and into action to achieve goals.
  • Emotional Freedom Technique may be utilized as a way of freeing you from paralyzing fears.
  • Certified Imago Relationship Therapist (C.I.R.T.). If you are currently experiencing issues in your romantic relationship, it is important to find a therapist who has specific couples training to help you.
  • GROUP THERAPY for gay men. Groups are an integral way of healing if you come from a history of family dysfunction.
