Jennifer Fairfax is an experenced attorney licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. She works with clients in the areas of family building and formation by providing legal services in the areas of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Technology Law including the use of Gestational Carriers, Egg or Sperm Donors (known and unknown), Surrogates and Embryo Donation. She represents Intended Parents, Adoptive Parents, Children, Donors and Carriers. She works with clients from intake, contract negotation to obtaining finalization or a birth order as needed.

Jennifer also works with clients interested in dissolving their adult relationship through the collaborative process. This is a client centered practice that allows the clients the respect and dignity to make decisions with the support of a team of professionals trained and qualified to assist clients through this often difficult and overwhelming time in their life.
