PC Tuneup May Include: 

• Tune up one (1) virus- and spyware-free computer
• Optimize startup and shutdown
• Install Windows system updates
• Improve menu navigation
• Clean up quick launch and taskbar, and create program shortcuts
• Enable security functions, including ant phishing and pop-up blocking activation in Internet Explorer
• Remove unwanted programs and trial ware
• Create desired user accounts (if applicable)
• Test and verify PC hardware and software functionality

This service requires a working high-speed Internet connection, as well as a PC that is virus- and spyware-free. 

Removal Virus/Spyware & PC Maintenance -

• Troubleshoot one (1) computer using manufacture installed software and freeware and/or customer installed software
• Remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on the computer
• Install a single, customer-supplied antivirus program on one computer or per customer request install one freeware antivirus program
• Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.) using diagnostic tools whether it be freeware or provided by customer
• Apply system tweaks and modifications
• Perform operating system critical updates
• Test operating system for proper functionality

On Site Device Set Up -

Service Includes ONE of the Following:

1. Connection and initial setup of one (1) computer system (computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and speakers).

Computer setup involves: Wire management using cable ties when needed; initial computer setup on first startup; installation of 1 hardware (hard drive, optical drive, internal card, MP3 player, scanner, printer, etc.) and 1 software. 

2. Initial setup of one (1) tablet or mobile device.

Tablet/mobile device setup involves: Initial device setup on first startup; add device to an existing wireless network; aid in setup of app store account and installation of up to 2 apps of your choice (additional charges may apply based on app chosen or if more apps are wanted).
