We have experience with making all types of families are legally protected, including creating or dissolving same-sex relationships, handling child residency and visitation issues, and division of assets and debts.

Our other services include co-parenting agreements, de facto parent cases, same-sex adoption, issues related to same-sex marriage or divorce, domestic partnership dissolution, civil union issues, estate planning, marriage and adoption portability questions, drafting a power of attorney for health care or a financial power of attorney, discrimination cases based on sexual orientation or gender identity, and issues related to the transgender or transsexual community, including changes in identity documents and name changes.
