Richard studies and teaches many styles of yoga, which include Hatha, Tantra, Iyengar, Astanga, Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy, Scaravelli, Pranayama and meditation.

He completed his 3 year teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2008, and has also completed additional teacher training courses in Hawaii, Costa Rica and here in London, and in addition studied thai yoga massage in Thailand.

He is also a trained yoga therapist and very skilled and expereinced in working 1:1 with clients with structural problems (for example: spinal problems, hips, feet) or functional disorders such as IBS, depression, Chronic Fatigue and Fybromyalgia.

He is currently teaching regular classes, workshops and private sessions in London and at retreats around the world.
