Christ Church Cathedral

Christ Church Cathedral

Christ Church Cathedral is the oldest Episcopal congregation West of the Mississippi River and was founded in 1819.  While welcoming to all who care to join in worship at the Cathedral, as an OASIS congregation, we are intentionally welcoming to the LGBT community.

Completed in 1867, our church building is built in beautful Gothic revival style and is a registered National Historic Landmark.  We are open daily for self-guided tours.

Sunday worship services are at 8:00, 9:00 and 11:15 a.m. Adult and children's education programs each Sunday at 10:15.  Wednesday morning service at 7:00 am in the Chapel.  We feature a renowned music program with free concerts on Thursdays and Sundays.  We slow the pace down in the Summer months, so check our schedule before planning to attend a service or event.  Contact us for more information.
