The current rent for a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath apartment is $1650/month. This price includes heat and hot water. The security deposit is $825.00 and that will also hold the apartment in your name for up to 30 days. We are very pet friendly with a onetime non-refundable fee of $300.00 per pet with a 2 pet maximum, dogs up to 50 lbs.
