I specialize in PTSD, but also work with anxiety, depression, and relationship problems. I help adults move beyond difficult childhoods and become more satisfied, fulfilled adults. I help couples to strengthen the bonds in the relationship and find ways to express themselves in ways their partner can actually respond to.

What I love about being a psychotherapist is having a positive impact on people's lives, helping them to learn and grow. I love being something like a cheerleader for the person you were meant to be, helping clients move out of old stuck patterns into more freedom and wholeness.
