I have been providing quality mental health and counseling/therapy services to the Shoals community for over a decade. I have been working with individuals, families and couples since 2000. I received my Master of Arts degree in 2002 from The University of North Alabama. I have experience in treating a wide variety of issues from anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction, eating disorders, codependency, spiritual confusion, and more.
