Buying or Selling your Classic Long Island Home is a big decision. For most people it is the single most valuable asset they own. I am very aware of this and I will work with you until you have found the perfect buyer or the perfect home.
I am a professional real estate agent specializing in Long Island New York properties, but have a passion for the older classical properties.
Long Island has so much to offer all within a one hour ride to Manhattan and all it has to offer, and just a short ride from the Hamptons and the vineyards. Classic Long Island homes are all over the Island whether you want to be in close proximity to the beautiful State Parks and beaches or the championship golf courses.
About Me
I am a native New Yorker, and moved to Long Island over 15 years ago. I have sought out historical and note-worthy points of interest. Long Island offers beautiful seaside vistas and picturesque downtowns. The area is abundant with public gardens and parks to enjoy with family and friends. My love of older architecture, landscape, history, photography and trivia inspired me to author my first book, Glitter That Was Once Gold: Long Island Gold Coast Trivia. I believe the older, classic properties give Long Island towns and villages their character and charm.
