Real Estate is a complicated and changing field. The designations - the abbreviations that follow my name - tell of courses I have taken to improve my ability to serve my clients. The GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) is a series of classes presented by the Oregon REALTOR Institute, covering such topics as Real Estate Law, Ethics, and Financing. The ABR ( Accredited Buyer's Representative) classes include topics such as Needs Assessment, Property Selection, and Negotiation.
