Ocean Island Suites

Located in the heart of a quiet and historic James Bay neighbourhood is our fully appointed Ocean Island Suites. This bright 1907 character house offers three spacious custom designed and decorated apartments, has a large fenced backyard and is located one block from Beacon Hill Park, three blocks from ocean bluffs and beaches (with off-leash areas) and only five blocks from downtown.

Each suite comes with a fully-equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with bathtub, a queen-size bed, cable TV and a separate private entrance. There's a large fenced garden behind the Suites where dogs can run around off-leash while supervised and there’s a shared deck for “summertime chilling”. Free wireless internet is available throughout the building and a high-speed internet terminal is provided in the lobby along with handy travel information and a free phone for local calls and access to our 24 hour Front Desk. We accept any sized housetrained cat or dog and food and water bowls are provided.

Surrounded by beautiful old houses and greenery, the Ocean Island Suites also lie nearby to a small and friendly commercial centre complete with grocery store, drug store, restaurants, cafes, etc., as well as is located just a block away from the famous Emily Carr House.
