Robert became a licensed Realtor in 2001 and currently holds a Real Estate Brokers license. His career began as a new home sales agent for one of the nation's largest home builders. His knowledge, dedication, and hard work quickly catapulted him into a lead role amongst the team. The natural progression led him into a coveted management position in which he lead a sales and marketing team of over 40 employees from the Northern tip of Southern California to Reno. Roberts passion for selling homes and desire to manage his own business eventually lead him to First Team. Roberts business strength's and managerial experience will be a major benefit to anyone that works with him.
Tracy has been licensed as a salesperson since 1990. His passion for selling and more specifically "NEGOTIATING" has enabled him to represent buyers and sellers in every price range. After an eleven year successful span with a national residential brokerage he joined the selling team for one of the nation's largest homebuilders. Tracy's ambition to market himself as well as individual sellers ultimately led him back to his selling roots of residential real estate for First Team.
