Beautiful spacious 3 BR ground level apartment located  approximately 100 feet to the beach. Apartment A has a nice living room with wormy chestnut real board paneling, a European style fully stocked kitchen with everything needed for your cooking needs (except the food), dining room with unique shell wall, Florida Room with lots of windows, three bedrooms (Master - queen, BR 2- two twins, BR 3 - 2 doubles), bath and a half, and our wonderful deck that opens to our backyard picnic area. We are within walking distance of all of Dewey Beach for dining and entertainment.

Beds have mattress pads, pillows w/pillow protectors, comforters, dust ruffles, and shams. Please bring appropriate sized sheets, blankets, etc. We can supply sheets & pillow cases for a fee if you don't wish to bring them.

The kitchen is fully equipped. If we don't supply it and you need it, please let us know. You  need to bring paper towels, condiments, dishwasher detergent, etc.

Enjoy one of the largest backyards in Dewey Beach. Enjoy roasting marshmallows around the fire pit, cooking on the grill, or just playing a game of horseshoes. Lounge in the sun in our sandy beach back yard to the pleasant sound of our backyard fishpond. We have two very nice outdoor showers with hot and cold water. Easy stroll to the beach with no roads to cross. Conveniently located to walk to all of Dewey Beach.

PET FRIENDLY for well behaved housebroken dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies). Dogs must be up to date on all shots, on a monthly flea treatment, be spayed or neutered (no females in season EVER please), and have a Dewey Beach dog license. We do have a non refundable pet fee of $20.00 per day per pet with preferably a two dog limit (some exceptions may apply)

Off street parking for two vehicles (one behind the other); the second vehicle will need a Dewey Beach parking permit which may be obtained at town hall.
