Executive Chef Adam Koppany utilizes fresh, local ingredients to create regionally inspired seasonal menus for Watermark. A native of Ontario, Adam has spent most of his professional cooking career in Alberta hotels including Banff’s renowned Rimrock Resort Hotel. He explains, “my cooking style is French-based with Canadian regional accents. I believe in using good quality seasonal ingredients from local sources wherever possible. By keeping food simplistic, good ingredients will speak for themselves”.

Watermark also features an intimate wine bar serving international vintages and a large selection of Ontario VQA Wines from Prince Edward County and the Niagara district. In addition, the restaurant’s waterfront terrace boasts one of the best views in the 1000 Islands region, making it the ideal place to enjoy expertly prepared local fare.

The Watermark Restaurant is now open nightly from 5pm-close throughout the winter on Friday and Saturday nights. We invite you to join us.
