Eva N. Juncker is a Principal and a member of the firm’s Family Law and Litigation practice groups. Eva’s practice focuses on all areas of family law, including divorce, juvenile law, custody, support, equitable distribution, post-divorce modification, partition actions, transgender issues, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, marital settlement agreements, and property settlement agreements. She also served as a qualified guardian ad litem in Virginia for over 10 years.
Eva’s years as a qualified guardian ad litem enable her to simultaneously focus on the independent best interests of a child while also focusing on a client’s stated goals. She approaches cases strategically, working with clients to discern the best method of handling a family law matter for each individual client in order to maximize the desired outcome for her clients. Legal issues surrounding family formation and dissolution can be exceedingly difficult both, emotionally and legally, and Eva is adept at working with clients to address all aspects of their case. Eva and her team make sure clients are involved in every step of the process and are always aware of the status of their case and the importance of their legal matter.
