Located in the heart of downtown Glenwood Springs, Colorado, Joanne and Marsha are pleased to share their renovated 1909 Victorian home. Each room has a Queen Bed, TV, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave and private bathroom. We are located a few blocks from the confluence of the Roaring Fork and Colorado Rivers, a half block from the bus stop and within easy walking distance to many restaurants, bars, shops, attractions and the Amtrak station. We have one pet friendly room if you want to bring your well behaved dog along. We share our home with two Newfoundlands and four indoor cats who do not have access to the guests rooms.

We take pride in cooking a delicious breakfast for our guests each morning. We bake scones, muffins and coffee cakes, make delicious french toast, pancakes, omelets, stratas and fritatas. Fruit, juice, yogurt and granola are always available, and we stock the room fridges with soft drinks, water, Gatorade and a few snacks.

The beautiful mountains of Colorado provide opportunities to Whitewater raft, ski, hike, bike on paved trails or single track, golf, horseback ride, zip lines, paragliding, 4 wheeling, the Hot Spring Pool, the vapor cave, spas, and the Glenwood Caven Adventure Park with its cave tours, maze, alpine slide, swing, laser tag and great views of Glenwood.
