The Carolina Softball Alliance (CSA) is a not for profit slowpitch softball league that welcomes all individuals and amatuer athletes regardless of race, creed, origin, political affiliation or sexual orientation. The mission of the CSA is to provide a safe environment to play softball and to promote a positive atmosphere for recreation through socializing and supporting CSA league sponsors. We are a semi-competitive league that knows how to have fun on and off the field. All league board members/officers are volunteers.
Membership fees are payable to CSA prior to hitting the field for the first game of each season. CSA League play is governed by the Amateur Softball Association (ASA) Rules and Regulations. All members must be 18 years of age or older and are required to sign an injury release waiver prior to participation. CSA also has several division teams which represent the Carolinas in softball tournaments throughout North America.
All players will be placed on a team according to skill level and playing ability. Player skill levels in our league vary widely, from experienced players to beginners. Since players will be placed on teams, we will take into consideration any requests to be on the same team as a partner or friend so that you feel more comfortable entering a new league. (This is currently the way teams are generated; however CSA reserves the right to revise this process or institute new policies at any time.)
If you don't want to play but would still like to be a supporter, volunteer or make a donation, please email us at info@carolinasoftball.org. We welcome all and appreciate your support! This is a "League of Our Own" so make the best of it!! The league is made possible by our sponsors, our community and individuals like you! Invite your friends/family to come out, join us and have FUN!
