We are volunteer members of a club that is chartered under an international organization, where we enjoy fellowship and dedicate part of our free time to helping those in need all over the world, while making our individual community, a better place to live.
Lions clubs are neither religious, political nor organized for business purposes. The clubs exist so that members may pool their skills, talents and resources for the betterment of the community.
The Castro Lions Club was chartered in 1985. Since that time our members have raised and distributed over $800,000 in charitable grants to nonprofit service agencies. We welcome into membership all persons of either sex.
