Clydemount Guest House is a privately owned guest house close to Manchester city center and surrounding areas. We are 3 miles from the city center with good public transport links or a 10/15 minute drive.
We can be found directly opposite Debdale Park - with its lush green trees, boating lake, reservoir and golf course.
We have 12 rooms in total consisting of single, double, twin and triple. All rooms have tea/coffee making facilities, digital TV and wash basin.
Most of our rooms are now non-smoking - however we do have a small amount of smoking rooms which have to be booked in advance.
If you are travelling by car we do provide FREE off road parking. Wifi is available upon demand with a small charge of £2.00 for a 24 hour period.
Accommodation is available with or without breakfast, as breakfast is charged separately. Snacks are available throughout the day and served in your room.
