Benson opened Benson Law Firm in 2004 after practicing for 12 years in general civil litigation. He has a law degree from Case Western Reserve University, a Masters of Business Administration from Weatherhead and a Bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College. Over the years, Mr. Benson has been active in many charitable and business organizations in the Cleveland area and beyond, including the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
