Haiku Plantation Inn is Maui's first legal Bed and Breakfast and is located in the lush North Shore area of Haiku. This 1870s historic home and tropical two acres evoke images of Old Hawaii.

An authentic colonial plantation home, lovingly restored, is filled with vintage and hard to find Hawaiiana antiques and furnishings yet provides all the modern amenities: flat screen TVs, free wifi, each room has Ipod docks and charging stations, a healthy breakfast is served each morning, free parking and easy walk into town.

The Inn has four guest rooms all with private ensuite baths, fluffy white towels, hair dryers, luxury bath products and cozy lounge spaces. Queen or king beds throughout with ceiling fans in each room, Haiku's climate is cooler than most of Hawaii, and large plantation windows for sweet breezes and romantic nights. Sweeping lanais to just relax, enjoy the privacy and views, or drink a nice glass of ice tea or enjoy some of our Maui's own wine.

This is Hawaii at its best, rural and surrounded by the beauty of the natural landscape. The grounds and gardens, with many trees over 100 years old, remain vibrant with fragrant floral blooms, loads of fresh growing fruits and produce as the Inn still operates a small farm. Beaches, hiking, biking the crater, zip lines, whale watching, snorkeling, swimming, Hana, Haleakala and shopping and golf are all nearby.  The Inn has a wonderful location for your Maui stay,  with Hana being about an hour and a half and the summit a 45 minute drive, the Inn has location location, for all your Maui excursions.
