The Heritage Inn was built in 1870 and transformed into a beautiful Bed and Breakfast in 1988. This traditional New Milford hotel was selected for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places in 1988 right after its opening.
The hotel closed for a few years and have recently renovated and reopened its door much to the delight of the town of New Milford. Step back in time and enjoy the splendor of yesteryear.
The Inn features a comfortable common space in the living room and dining area and 20 guest rooms on two floors, each with its own bath. We boast a total of 11 deluxe rooms; 5 with King sized beds and a sitting area and 4 Queen Suites that includes a Queen sized bed. Each one of our guest rooms is unique in size and floor plan. The bedroom areas are generous in size and include wall mounted flat screen televisions, executive work space, complimentary wireless internet access, spacious closets, irons and ironing boards and hair dryers...just to name a few.
