If you wanna get ripped off, call this guy. He charges you $1100.00 for changing your water heater whereas the regular price is $600.00 to $700.00. When he fixes your water heater advise you to call another ripper to come to check your home's mold a sort of game both play well to rip you off better. The second guy tries to convince you that your home has mold and it is dangerous to your health. It brings about cancer, but let me fix it for you. It costs you around $2,800.00 but don't worry your insurance pays that and nothing comes out of your packet but deductable. If you liston to them you lose the game.
