My psychotherapy practice in Midtown Atlanta provides counseling, coaching and psychotherapy services to men and women experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, loneliness – or who simply feel stuck or frustrated with life. As a professional counselor licensed by the State of Georgia, I provide both individual therapy and couples counseling to a all sorts of people; I specialize in working with gay, lesbian and bisexual individuals and couples.

• My approach is nonjudgmental and compassionate. While many of my clients are part of the LGBT community, others are non-gay individuals who are looking for a therapist with an understanding of non-traditional sexual and relational concerns.

• While I strive to be supportive and caring, I believe good therapy goes beyond just listening to help coach the client into greater self-understanding to produce the changes that make life better.

• I limit the number of clients I work with so I can provide each person with the best possible care and attention. My intention is to keep us focused on your goals, which helps make therapy more effective.

• I’ve been in private practice in Midtown Atlanta for more than 20 years. I have a Master of Science degree in clinical psychology from Purdue University. I am a member of the American Counseling Association.

I work out of a quiet home office in the Virginia-Highland area of Atlanta, just off Freedom Parkway.  It’s a convenient location that is relaxing and provides a supportive setting for our work together.
