I enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them achieve their goals.

I provide personal service to educate, empower, and help my clients understand the issues and make choices. My approach in all matters is to help clients plan ahead to avoid problems later. This holds true for real estate transactions as well as estate planning.

My services are limited to real estate transactions - buying and selling real estate , and estate planning - wills, powers of attorney, and health care directives and powers of attorney. Regardless of wealth, estate planning is especially important for the LGBT community and should not be ignored. I also assist people with probate, helping them administer the estate of a deceased partner, relative or other person close to them.
