Welcome to Layers Bakery Cafe; a place for made-from-scratch comfort foods both savory and sweet. We are not a chain, just a mom & pop bakery cafe that hires local folks who share our passion for creating all natural tasty breakfasts, lunches, bakery desserts & pastry and custom cakes. There are no artificial ingredients or trans fats in anything we make. We use organic dairy, flours, sugars, butter, fruits and vegetables. We also offer a selection of gluten-free items as well. We are blessed to have many loyal customers and chosen Best of Las Vegas by the staff of the Las Vegas Review Journal for six years now.
