Mofrad Financial Solutions - Tax Assessment / Returns

I, Edward Mofrad CPA CVA MBA, started this practice in 1996 as a part-time endeavor.

Fresh from working for the Internal Revenue Service, I was eager to implement some of the many ideas that had occurred to me while working with the taxpayers from "the other side".  At the outset, though, I only meant to provide seasonal tax services.

We are a full-service professional tax/valuation/accounting practice, preparing/filing all kinds of tax returns (If it is tax, we do it!) plus business valuations and other related services (such as corporate/partnership startups/dissolutions and FBAR filings.)
