At the Prince Albert Guest House you will find yourself in the heart of Provincetown, Massachusetts staying in a Bed and Breakfast Hotel that was built by Sea Captain Admiral Rich dating back to early 1800 whaling days. A member of the Distinctive Inns of Provincetown, we have one of the largest outdoor living areas located on Commercial Street and the homes are historical landmarks. We offer many of the amenities you'd find in a large hotel but within the comfort of a well appointed B&B providing you with the best resort stay available in a Provincetown vacation. During the summer, our top local talent of entertainers and performers provide first hand glimpses into their shows right in front of the Prince Albert Guest House on Commercial Street each afternoon.

We have 18 guest rooms that offer everything from oversized bay windows with harbor views to suites to private patios and decks. All rooms include private baths, flat panel HDTV high thread count linens and upgraded towels. Beautifully landscaped gardens are found amidst the sunning patios along the front of the inn, as well as private patios in the rear where we have a large hot tub*. Updated amenities include DVD players, i-Pod connection is available, air conditioning*, ceiling fans, mini-fridges and private baths! We have wireless secured (WiFi) internet access for both houses and two courtesy computer work stations. *hot tub and a/c are available during the summer season (May to Oct).
