Therapy has the potential to inspire change, create greater self-awareness and improve the quality of one’s life and relationships.

I am passionate about helping people live the life they want, and I bring my values of honesty, kindness, respect, humor, compassion and "keeping it real" to my practice. I provide a safe, open and non-shaming environment in which you can take risks and explore different ways of thinking, feeling and being. My aim is to help you gain clarity about the underlying causes of your problems, provide strategies to help you cope day-to-day and empower you to trust your inner voice and live each day authentically.

I received a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles; and my Bachelors Degree from Emerson College. My experience in mental heath includes working as a crisis counselor and as a counselor at Southern California Counseling Center. Prior to my career in mental health, I worked in the entertainment industry for over 13 years in a variety of roles. My first hand knowledge and broad perspective of the industry, as a whole, is something I bring to my practice and have an in-depth understanding of the unique pressures and challenges faced by those in both the creative and business sides of the industry.

I sees individuals, couples and teens for a wide range of presenting issues which include, but are not limited to; anxiety and depression, unsatisfying relationships, entertainment and creative challenges, LGBTQ-related issues, overwhelming emotions, self-esteem and identity issues, sexual challenges (from a sex positive lens), family discord, lack of motivation or follow through, and career/workplace challenges.

I am a Registered Associate Family and Marriage Therapist (#105586) working under the clinical supervision of Steven Isaacman, PsyD, FIPA (MFC 29803) in West Hollywood and Bonnie Rae, LMFT (#91089) in Los Feliz.
