I began my local real estate sales career in 1995, received my license in 1997 and sold 20 homes (a 'down' market at that time) in just 8 months! Obviously, real estate is an excellent match for me~!

I've never been a "sales person" in the true sense, as I feel homes sell themselves. However, I provide Professionalism, Service, Knowledge & 100% Customer Satisfaction....and always with a positive attitude and a friendly smile~ Additionally, discretion and confidentiality are always important to me and to my clients.

I am a Continuing Life Member of the Sacto Assn of Realtors "Master's Club"; an elite group of the top 10% of local Realtors accepted each year based on performance. As of 12/2010, I was named one of the "Top 100" Realtors within the Sacto/Tahoe region of Coldwell Banker.

In addition, I frequently counsel homeowners on short sales, loan mods and their options prior to foreclosure....at no cost to the homeowner!

A Sacramento native...which is a rarity these days. I LOVE Sac Valley and thoroughly enjoy its proximity to the Sierra Nevada, San Francisco, Marin, Amador/Lodi/Napa and all areas in between. I've seen many changes over the years, which includes extensive knowledge of many neighborhoods throughout our five Counties (Sac, El Dorado, Placer, Yuba, Yolo). I pride myself on knowledge of not only the area, but real estate itself. I truly enjoy working with Buyers; first-timers, move-ups, or seasoned pros, and Sellers. My extensive experience with Buyers is what gives my Sellers the competitive edge, as I know what appeals to Buyers and what doesn't, especially in today's ever-changing market.
