Spirit of Life MCC is a member of Metropolitan Community Churches, a worldwide fellowship of Christian churches with a special outreach to the world's gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender communities.
We welcome people of all faiths, but that’s just a part of who we are…come see! There is truly a “sweet, sweet spirit in this place.”
Spirit of Life supports many ministries within its walls, also reaching outside its walls into the West Pasco communities:
SOLMCC Choir - our choir and music team practices each week on Tuesday at 6:45 PM, and sings most every Sunday during service.
Hospice Food Ministry - we collect food from our congregation once a month and deliver it to a local hospice.
HIV/AIDS Awareness & Education - Spirit of Life strongly supports the Pasco World AIDS Day Committee (www.pascoworldaidsday.com), which is a non-profit group of volunteers in Pasco County, FL, consisting of AIDS case management and other healthcare professionals working alongside interested community members to educate about, and increase awareness of, HIV/AIDS.
River of Life Community Outreach - is a Christian-based non-profit group, chartered to support SOLMCC and the LGBT community at-large in Pasco County. ROLCO sponsors many fundraisers throughout the year.
