Anyone looking to stay here I reccomend you do some research first, after we stayed in this place he refused to give us back our security deposit and made up some bogus stories about leaving his place a mess after he verbally confirmed with me before we left that it was ok and that the $250 cleaning fee would cover all the cleaning. I have been trying to get my mony from him for weeks now but he just flat out lies everytime i call him and absolutley refuses to return my $460, now at this point all i am forced to leave negative feedback about this property , boy do i wish that i did my research before renting this place...check out www.mrjohndonato.com

I would love to give this house ZERO stars. While planning trip I spoke to the owner, John, multiple times. He seemed very nice as did his house when he was describing it to me. The price was a little high but OK for the amount of space we thought we'd get. Upon arrival he answered the front door shirtless, in shorts, no shoes on, smelling like weed. After paying him in full, IN CASH, we were told that he lived in the house while he had guests there. The house had beat up furniture and appliances. Electricity was on and off constantly. The last morning at 8am we cleaned the entire house-after spending $200 on a cleaning fee. We did not want to give him any reason to keep our deposit. After a month and a half he calls telling me he will return deposit that week. I received $300 of a $900 deposit and was told he would only be sending another $300. He was keeping $300 for damages that were never done and even stated in a letter "he didn't have the money." Clearly he needed reason to keep our money. DO NOT STAY!
