The Guest House has six ensuite rooms which are decorated to a very high standard and contain all the amenities you require for your stay. Our Dining Room overlooks our spacious garden where you can enjoy your breakfast in the peace and tranquility it offers. Off road parking is available for all guests at the rear of the property and an electric gate is in operation to ensure full privacy for all guests whilst on the premises. A Smoking Shelter is available in the grounds as well as an Infra Red Sauna. Ask reception for the Sauna tariff when you make a booking.

The bustling centre of the town is based around the Market Place, Fountain Court and High Street areas. There are many businesses and shops to browse. Though Epworth is the commercial centre of the area, Epworth's main claim to fame however, is that it was the birthplace of the founder of Methodism, John Wesley, who was born at the Old Rectory in 1703, along with his hymn writing brother Charles Wesley who was born in 1708. John Wesley returned many times to Epworth, giving sermon's from the Market Cross. The most likely derivation of the name, Epworth, is that it is formed from two Anglo-Saxon words,"Heape" meaning "small hill" or "rising ground" and "urde" meaning "farm." Therefore the definition means the "farm on the hill" which is most appropriate, as the town lies on one of the few hills in the area, much of the Isle being only a few meters above sea level and some of it below. The town is referred to in the Doomsday Book of 1086 as "Epeurde." Epworth is situated in the county of North Lincolnshire and has many tourist attractions in the region.
