The in-house restaurant prepares rich dinners with a variety of traditional Tuscan dishes all prepared with home grown vegetables and local meats served with a selected Morellino from the vineuards of Scansano.

We stayed here on 21 & 22 June 2012 and absolutely loved it! It was a tiny adventure to get there, as you need to follow a lonesome road for 3 or 9 km (depending from which direction you’re coming, navigation will often send you via the 9 km panoramic detour) with just enough space for 1 car. But when you’ve arrived, all you can say is…. Well, I’ll just let you decide!
The scenery is so beautiful and you can just keep looking and looking and never get tired of the view. No roads or villages, only meadows around with some sheep and scattered trees/bushes. At night you can see the lights of Isola del Giglio and, if it’s a clear night, you will dazzle at all the stars in the sky.
This is the place to explore the Maremma area, we recommend Sovana, Sorano and Pitigliano, but there's so much more.
We had the pleasure of staying in the Indigo-room (with AC), which has a small sitting area, a very nice sleeping area and a very pretty bathroom (loved the sink!) and a stunning view.
