Cheryl is understanding and a good listener. I appreciate that she is able to repeat back exactly what I just said. She is also able to synthesize and interpret what I meant to say, as I am not always clear. Additionally, I find most people are hesitant about giving feedback. Cheryl will give feedback when I ask and assist me in forming an action plan to move forward.
