Bought a pair of earrings from KC at an event. Within 2 days the stones fell out (in both earrings). I contacted her and asked her to please fix them. I packaged them up and sent them via USPS. I received them the next week and the next night the stone fell out again. The product looks nice but the quality and quality control is very poor. I fully agree in supporting the LGBT vendors but do not agree with a poor product.
