Pelangi means rainbow in Malay, the rainbow being a symbol of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and questioning (LGBTQ) community. PPC is an LGBTQ community space and resource centre located in Singapore.
We are currently hosted by Free Community Church. Our library has a collection of fiction and non-fiction books of LGBTQ interests. We open every Saturday 2-6pm.
